Time Line Therapy®

Do you want to feel good about yourself and put a stop to believing you’re not good enough? Time Line Therapy®, also known as Create Your Future®, removes limiting decisions and beliefs, as well as negative emotions.

Time Line Therapy®️ is perfect for relieving trauma, stress, anxiety, frustration, depression, phobias and any lingering negative emotions such as fear, hurt, sadness, anger and guilt. It lends itself well to enhancing sporting performance – how can anyone perform well when carrying fear, anxiety, anger, regret or disappointment?

Time Line Therapy® provides the mental clarity required for focus and success. The ability to eliminate these negative emotions, whilst learning from our past, affords us the opportunity to move on and not stay in an unhealthy rut. Time Line Therapy®️ can be used wherever we hold ourselves back and stand in our own way: self-sabotaging thoughts and imposter-syndrome-like behaviours.

Importantly, this is a powerful and wonderfully effective technique that restores balance, enabling us to declutter and eliminate baggage in a healthy and easy manner. It can be used to regain confidence, self-belief and self-esteem after distressing or traumatic experiences. We work through the negative emotions together in a totally innovative, yet simple manner: this technique is content free. This means that I guide you gently through visualisations that do not require that you ‘face your fear’; no recall of painful memories is necessary. The results are profound and, importantly, self-maintained by you.

How does Time Line Therapy®️ work? Our emotions are stored like beads on a string; a string of happy memories, a string of sad memories, a string of anxious memories etc. If we were to snap off the first bead, the others would fall off the string.

This is how we remove a whole host of negative emotions, we work on that first bead. This is an event that occurred before you had conscious memories. There are no associations for you with that memory, you would have been far too young. Working on a ‘memory’ that you have forgotten, means we do not have to delve into real, painful memories.

How do we work on those beads then, to get them to drop off the string and all the others to follow? We find an unconscious ‘learning’. A piece of advice that resonates with you in the present time, that gives you insight into moving forwards from now on. This learning uncouples the memory and the emotions, the first bead slips off the string and the others, being on the same chain, fall off too. In practice, all your negative emotion, repressed or otherwise, dissolves. The memories remain, but you feel neutral about them.
